Fliskmahoy! inaugural performance

Fliskmahoy is a brand new vocal ensemble comprising Frances Cooper - Soprano, Emma Versteeg - Soprano, Carole Clake - Mezzo Soprano and Kate Miguda - Violin. They have an exciting repertoire, including specially arranged Scottish folksongs by John Kitchen and Stuart Murray Mitchell and brand new compositions by Julian Wagstaff, The concert will take place at 1pm in St Paul's Cathedral, Dundee.

The Lochaber-based Kilmallie Singers will be performing Mozart's Requiem Mass in the Duncansburgh MacIntosh Church in Fort William, joined by Robin on the church's historic Forster & Andrews pipe organ.

The Inverness Singers and Ness Sinfonia

As part of the Old High Music Series, Robin will conduct Ness Sinfonia and The Inverness Singers in a programme of choral and orchestral music including Schubert's Mass in G, Beethoven's Coriolan Overture, and Mozart's Ave Verum Corpus.

Old High Church Recital Series

Simon Evans - Violin, Robin Versteeg - Piano

On Remembrance Day, Robin and Simon will present a performance of Edward Elgar's Violin Sonata, written in 1918 in the shadow of The Great War. Alongside this will sit Mozart's sparkling B-flat Major Violin Sonata, K.454. Old High Recitals are at 12 Noon in the Church - donations of £5 per audience member are invited.

Friends of Old High Church Fundraising Concert

From the Paris Salon to the Scottish Drawing Room

Robin and Emma will  be joined by Paul Wilson (trumpet), Katy Bell (cello), Simon Evans (violin) and Anna Aalders (flute) for an evening of chamber music. The programme will combine music from late 19th and early 20th Century France by Fauré, Gaubert, Boulanger, and Tailleferre, with works written for domestic performance in 18th Century Scotland by Oswald, Haydn, and Beethoven. The concert will start at 7:30pm and refreshments are provided!
