How much does it cost?
Prices start at £15 for a half hour lesson.
Do you take beginners?
Yes, pianists of all levels and ages are welcome, including beginners.
Do you travel to teach?
Unfortunately not at the moment, lessons are based in Dulnain Bridge or Inverness.
What piano do you teach on?
Lessons are taught on a high-quality handbuilt Yahama U3S piano at our Cairngorms Music studio, or on a well-maintained Bechstein upright in Inverness.
Can I stay with my child in the lesson?
Parents are encouraged to sit in on the first one or two of their child's lessons. In weeks thereafter they can wait in a comfortable room adjoined to the teaching studio.
Do you take pupils through Grade exams?
Yes, we have experience in entering pupils for both Trinity College and ABRSM examinations and these can provide useful progress targets. But there is no obligation to sit exams - some pupils may prefer not to undertake tests like these.
